The National Institute of Cooperative Development (NICD) successfully conducted its Outbound Training (OBT) Program on 06 June 2026 at the Singha Regiment Camp, Ambepussa. The program provided participants with valuable opportunities to enhance leadership, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and personal development skills through a range of interactive outdoor activities and team-building exercises.
